作者简介

本书以Dell、Sony、Hp等电子行业中的巨头为参照，对外企中各个典型职能部门涉及到的常用英语作了较为系统、较为全面、较为完整的归纳和总结。书中运用了表格的方式对各部分内容进行整理，便于读者对照和比较，方便使用。另外还介绍了工厂的基本体系，力求让读者在学习英语的同时，对行业基本体系有一个基本的了解。上至经理一级，下至领班、产线员工，均可将此书作为学习和参考的资料。

　　本书以知名外企的管理体系作为参照，因而内容具有广泛的代表性；在章节的编排方面，以部门为主线，因而内容具有很强的系统性。此外，为方便读者使用，在每章的末尾均有重点单词的音标标注和释义。实用性强、重点突出和系统化是本书最大的特点。
