作者简介

《最新大学英语4级全真题精讲(第2版)》是在广泛征求多所高校四级强化班考生建议的基础上，通过我们在强化班教学的亲身体验而进行编写的。目前图书市场上大量的四级真题集，很多存在着答案错误、解析简单（根据原文轻松可知A、B、D是错的，因此C是对的）或冗长（如“该句的译文是”、“该题的答案是”等词语反复出现，浪费大量空间）等缺点。遇到疑难问题，则要查词典、问老师。不仅要花费很多时间与精力，还很难掌握考试规律。该书正弥补了这方面的不足，同时增加了四级解题技巧的精讲部分。

　　In this experiment， Wood， Lee and Perunovic measured 68 students' self-esteem. The participants were then asked to write down their thoughts and feelings for four minutes. Every 15 seconds， one group of students heard a bell.　When it rang， they were supposed to tell themselves， “I am lovable. “　　Those with low self-esteem didn't feel better after the forced self-affirmation. In fact， their moods turned significantly darker than those of members of the control group， who weren't urged to think positive thoughts.　　The paper provides support for newer forms of psychotherapy（心理治疗） that urge people to accept their negative thoughts and feelings rather than fight them. In the fighting， we not only often fail but can make things worse.
