　　This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Service-Oriented Computing, ICSOC 2005, held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in December 2005. The 32 revised full papers and 14 short papers presented together with 8 industrial and demo papers were carefully reviewed and selected from over 200 submissions.
