作者简介

《实用阶梯英语——酒店英语项目实训指导书》是新世纪高职高专教材编委会组编的实用阶梯英语系列教材之一。本教材以高职院校项目课程改革为契机，通过对涉外高星级酒店的各个重要岗位进行任务分类和职业能力测评等系统分析，并以工作任务为引领确定本课程的结构，以职业能力为基础确定本教材的内容。全书根据岗位部门进行项目分类。将其分为前厅部、客房部、餐饮部和其他部门，然后再细分为具体的服务任务，从而训练学生用英语与客人沟通交流的能力、酒店服务的实际操作能力、用英语推销酒店产品的能力以及用英语处理各种投诉、解决突发事件的应变能力。通过大量的实操训练，学生能熟练运用酒店英语，明晰岗位职责，熟悉相关的工作内容，明确未来的职业发展方向。
