This study begins by presenting an explanation of the Human Capital Theory and its relation to gender

and race. Next, the methodology, data availability and limitations section of the study is presented. Next,

the study presents the statistical findings and analysis of the compiled and computed data. Finally, the

study presents a discussion section, focusing more attention on the various factors responsible for the

wide gender and racial gaps in the statistics presented.
